Joel and Jasmin were celebrating six years of marriage, so we did a fun little session in front of Jasmin’s childhood home, where her family still lives.
When I was first talking with Jasmin, she said, “We are so awkward for photos, its hard to get a good photo of us…” (challenge accepted) I responded, “Don’t worry about it, let me work my magic and see what I can do!” I cannot even tell you how many times couples have shared the same concern with me and for me, that’s a challenge to prove them wrong.
I love breaking the mold of what people think photo sessions should be – at the end of sessions, I love hearing how much fun it was for my couple’s. I talk with my couples, I want to know your story, hear about how you fell in love and favorite memories together, etc – I’m not just someone taking photos, but I want to capture your life, your love, your journey and your uniqueness.

I freaking loved this session so much! I loved that it was the front of Jasmins childhood home and on the street. It wasn’t the most stunning location, but I loved how each of these photos turned out-the love I captured between these two is undeniably beautiful <3
